1. Acceptance

1.1 By entering, entrants accept these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Instructions and information on how to enter published by the Promoter form part of these Terms.

1.2 This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2 Directors, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family member" means any spouse, de facto partner, parent, guardian, sibling or child.

2.3 Entrants must provide a valid Australian mobile telephone number that they personally own or are authorised to use.

3. Promotional period

3.1 The promotion runs on a recurring monthly basis and commences on 03/08/2026.

3.2 Each "Promotional Period" begins at 12:00am AEST/AEDT on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59pm AEST/AEDT on the last day of that same calendar month.

3.3 The Promoter may end the promotion at any time by publishing notice on https://www.hlthplus.com, subject to clause 11.

4. How to enter

4.1 To enter, an entrant must, during a Promotional Period, submit their first name and Australian mobile number via the form.

4.2 Entries are limited to one (1) entry per person per Promotional Period. Where multiple entries are received from the same mobile number in a single Promotional Period, only the first valid entry will be accepted and all subsequent entries will be discarded.

4.3 An entry is valid only for the draw relating to the Promotional Period in which it is received. Entries do not roll over into subsequent months.

4.4 Entries are deemed received at the time of receipt by the Promoter's systems, not at the time of transmission. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, lost, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or not received for any reason.

4.5 Incomplete, indecipherable or fraudulent entries, and entries that do not comply with these Terms, will be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.

4.6 By entering, entrants consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter by SMS and, where an email address is provided, by email. Entrants may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or using the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out after entry does not invalidate an entry already received.

5. Prize

5.1 One (1) prize is available per Promotional Period, consisting of a Starer kit product and a lifestage of your choosing (including GST).

5.2 Total prize pool per Promotional Period: AU$150 (including GST).

5.3 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and, except as required by law, cannot be redeemed for cash.

5.5 If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions of a relevant regulatory authority.

6. The draw

6.1 The winner for each Promotional Period will be determined by a random number generator from all valid entries received during that Promotional Period.

6.2 The draw will take place at 10:00am on the first business day of the calendar month immediately following the relevant Promotional Period.

6.3 The draw is conducted electronically. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner notification and unclaimed prizes

7.1 The winner will be notified by SMS to the mobile number provided at entry within two (2) business days of the draw.

7.2 The winner must respond and provide any details reasonably required to deliver the prize (which may include a full name, email address and delivery address) within [14] days of notification.

7.3 If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the period in clause 7.2, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit that entrant's prize and conduct a redraw. Any redraw will be conducted on the same basis as the original draw and the redrawn winner will be notified in accordance with clause 7.1.

7.4 The winner's first name and state or territory of residence may be published on WEBSITE and or social chanels for a period of [e.g. 30 days] following the draw. By entering, entrants consent to this publication if they are drawn as the winner. Full mobile numbers will never be published.

8. Privacy

8.1 The Promoter collects personal information (first name and mobile number, and any further details supplied by a winner) for the purpose of conducting this promotion, contacting the winner, delivering the prize, and — where consent has been given — sending marketing communications.

8.2 Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's Privacy Policy, available at [PRIVACY POLICY URL], which sets out how entrants may access, correct or complain about the handling of their personal information.

8.3 Personal information may be disclosed to the Promoter's service providers (including SMS, email and fulfilment platforms) for the purposes set out above. Some of these providers may store data overseas.

8.4 Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time in accordance with clause 4.6.

9. Liability

9.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, injury or expense (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered in connection with this promotion or the acceptance, use or redemption of the prize.

9.3 Subject to clause 9.1, the Promoter is not liable for any technical failure, network fault, or delay that prevents an entry from being received or a winner from being contacted.

10. General

10.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms, or engages in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading or damaging to the Promoter or the promotion.

10.2 The Promoter may, subject to any applicable law and the written directions of any relevant regulatory authority, amend, suspend or terminate the promotion where it cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10.3 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram), or any other social media platform. Entrants release these platforms from all liability in connection with this promotion.

10.4 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
